Courtney + Taylor are hitched!

Event season is in full swing... and I can hardly believe it's already June. JUNE! Where did April, let alone May, go?

Here are a few favorite images from Courtney + Taylor's wedding at King Family Vineyards this past spring...

Special thanks to the sweetly talentedDominque Attaway for these beautiful pictures!

Monica + Andy’s Big Day at Keswick Hall

Monica and Andy were married on one of the prettiest days this spring. The weather was warm but not hot, the tress were budding out, and the flowers all around Keswick were just starting to bloom. I had the pleasure of helping Monica plan both her rehearsal dinner and wedding -- so it was a weekend of fun events, good company and lots of cheer.

Monica chose royal blue and purple for her wedding colors -- she did not shy away from bright color -- which was fun to see.

Congrats to Monica + Andy!

And thank you to Aaron Watson Photography for these photos! And thank you to Adam at Keswick Hall -- who helped make this wedding such a fun one!

There is nothing quite like a winter wedding...

Isabelle decided to get ready at home, surrounded by her sisters and cousin, her mom and dad. It’s fun to see her family’s house and style shine through in the photos of her wedding day. After all, there’s no place like home!

Isabelle + Andrew said their vows in front of a crackling fire, oodles of candles and their friends and family snuggled in close to hear. Her father wrote and played the most beautiful wedding song — and as the guitar and violin filled the air, it was hard to think of anything other than the couple’s love and future together. I’ve known both Isabelle + Andrew for a long time, and felt so lucky to be a part of their big day. More photos to come…

Thank you to Sarah Cramer for these photos… and much love to the newly hitched Mr. and Mrs. Baldwin! xxo

color pop!

I met Stephanie a year or two ago when she approached me for an article she was writing for the Hook. Ever since then, we’ve been friends! We’ve worked on photo shoots together, she’s worked events with me — and caught up over a cup of coffee here and there, just to touch base. She’s a great writer — and her blog proves it! {For those of you who haven’t read the Fete Blog, you should definitely check it out!}. She just got hitched over the weekend…and I was thrilled that she asked me to make her bridesmaids ditty bags! Knowing Stephanie, I knew that her wedding was going to be one for the books (or should I say blogs?!)… lots of amazing details and pops of colors to be seen!

I can’t wait to see more photos…but for now, here is a sneak peak!

Ashley recently sent me her grandfather’s ties, her grandmother’s skirt and a favorite dress of her own… and voila… a new life for each one in ditty bags!!
